Refund & Return Policy

At CartNDeal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with a smooth, secure, and convenient shopping experience. While we hope you love every product you purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a comprehensive and transparent Refund & Return Policy to ensure your concerns are handled quickly and fairly.

Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email).
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns. These include:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Cosmetics and personal care items
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items bought during clearance or final sale events

If you receive a damaged or defective product from any of these categories, please contact our support team for assistance.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packing and shipping, but in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or defective.

If your product is:

  • Broken
  • Incorrect
  • Defective or not working
  • Different from what was described

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a return pickup and either issue a replacement or a full refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account at https://cartndeal.shop.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on Return Item and fill in the necessary details, including reason and any supporting images.
  4. Once your request is submitted, our customer service team will review it within 24–48 hours.
  5. If approved, a return pickup will be scheduled at your location, and you will receive tracking information.

If you placed an order as a guest, please email us at support@cartndeal.shop with your order number and the reason for return.


5. Refund Process

After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days of product inspection and approval.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or to your CartNDeal wallet (as per your preference).
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund has been processed.

Please note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.).


6. Replacement Policy

In the case of wrong or damaged items, we are happy to offer a free replacement if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is eligible for replacement (same item, size, and color).
  • Replacement stock is available.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.
  • In the event of cancellation before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, no cancellation fee is charged.
  • For prepaid orders, a small processing fee may be applicable based on the payment gateway.

8. Return Pickups and Shipping

  • We offer free return pickup in serviceable areas.
  • If return pickup is not available at your pin code, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.
  • In such cases, you must share the tracking details with us. Once received and verified, we will reimburse the return shipping charges up to a fixed limit (usually ₹100–₹150), depending on the product.

9. Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our policy criteria may be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Repeated return requests by the same user may lead to account suspension or restricted access to future return privileges.
